Head of Production

Graduate in Economics and Master in Management of Cultural Institutions and Companies, from the University of Barcelona. She began her career as an economist in multinational companies, where she worked as a financial controller to, after five years, join the world of technology as a functional financial consultant specializing in comprehensive business management software: BaaN and SAP ERP. After 10 years, she decided to make a professional change and move towards her passion: the world of artistic and cultural creation. Her career as a cultural manager began at La Caldera, Barcelona’s Dance Creation Center, where she worked for several dance companies.
Since then she has collaborated in countless projects, always assuming the role of production and management. Her main skills are: both public and private funding, sponsorships or generation of own resources, the design of strategies necessary for the viability of projects, as well as the design of business plans. Between 2017 and 2019 she returned to the world of technology, this time assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer, structuring and fully defining a finance department, making possible the growth and viability of the company. In 2020, she returned to the world of dance and culture as head of production for ROPA / Roberto Olivan Performing Arts and all the company’s projects, including L’OBRADOR, Creation Space and the Deltebre Dansa festival.
